Sacred Heart is a Private day mixed primary English Medium School owned and managed by the congregation; “Daughters of the Sacred Heart”. The sisters work under the authority of the Tanzania Episcopal Conference (T.E.C) and the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Dar – es – salaam.
The school is located at Dar es salaam Region Specifically Buza within Temeke Municipal council.
It was established in 2009 and later registered in 2012 with registration number EM 15233 for Pre School and EMA 15233 for Primary Section.
The schools’ main aim is to teach both the mind and heart of the child for transformative education and holistic formation. The school has an average population of around 800 for both pre- school and primary; with learners of mixed abilities and mixed social and economic classes.
